Check out Ariana in 'Gaddi' by Jazzy B! For those that don't know, Jazzy B. transformed the landscape of Bhangra music and has been on top of India's music charts for almost twenty years. We here, at Casting Factory, think she looks stunning as shown by the screenshots above. But if there's anything you should know about her, it's that no one messes with Ariana--not even Jazzy B! Want to Become a Better Hip Hop Dancer?















Casting Factory's own, Cassius C. has decided to share his love for HIP HOP with other aspiring dancers.  Check out the details below:

"Take the town's best hip hop classes at Ultimate Canadian Cheer! Our Gym/Studio has some of the best dancers in Toronto's hip hop community: an up and coming film-maker with loads of new music video opportunities, a dancer from Moonrunners (arguably, one of Toronto's best dance crews), even one of the star's from Disney's Camp Rock 2!"

There is a $35 annual registration fee to be a member of the gym/studio.  Classes are done a class-card system: $15 for one class, $60 for five, and $100 for ten.

Casting Factory Now Representing... Paul Tadich!


Casting Factory is pleased to add Paul Tadich to our roster of performers. Paul has more than a decade of experience as a writer, journalist and broadcaster. He's also a trained improvisational actor. Paul has worked as a television presenter and voiceover artist in Toronto, London and Moscow. His television work was nominated for a New York Festivals award and his work on radio has been heard across the country.

Casting Factory Says...GIVE TO THE ACTORS' FUND OF CANADA!



So many people in the entertainment industry are freelancers who go from contract to contract, without access to workers compensation or employment insurance.  If there's anyone who knows what it's like to not know where the next paycheque is coming from, it's actors.

"The Actors' Fund is the lifeline for Canada's entertainment industry. Over 10,000 professional members of the industry from all over Canada and in the fields of film & TV, theatre, music and dance have been helped by the Fund, which provides emergency financial aid to assist cultural workers in recovering from an illness, injury or other circumstances causing severe economic and personal hardship.

A career in the entertainment industry seems like a dream come true for many people. The all too frequent reality is that entertainment professionals face a precarious livelihood after years spent perfecting and practicing their crafts. The Fund believes that the risks that Canadian artists take as they create some of the finest live and recorded productions in the world should be recognized, valued and supported by all Canadians.

The Actors' Fund is a registered charity that has paid out over $3.5 million in rent payments, grocery money, utility payments and other basic living expenses in the last 10 years. Performers, creators, technical staff and other production team members can benefit from the Fund, which receives no government funding and is wholly sustained by support from individuals and entertainment industry organizations."
